An exciting opportunity has become available in a well-established business for an active AAT studier or a Finance Graduate who has exceptional knowledge of Excel. Your role as a Sales Ledger Clerk will aid the company’s continued growth. You will be working closely with a number of internal departments the role will focus on the timely and accurate production of sales ledger invoices. You will join a fantastic team who are sociable, hardworking and enjoy creating a proactive environment where deadlines are consistently met.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role, with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
• Matching invoices and inputting invoices on to the system
• Ensuring invoices are authorised and coded correctly
• Processing payments
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Assisting the team in ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Post cash to invoice
• Raise credits
• Administer customer database
• Petty cash reconciliations
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record using Excel and analysing data. You will have excellent communication skills whilst being proficient with all Microsoft Office products.
