Axon Moore is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly successful retail business based in Manchester City Centre. Due to recent growth they are now looking to expand their team with the appointment of a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic Finance Team.
This role would ideally suit those looking to expand their accounts experience within a fast paced and varied role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Processing all purchase invoices
• Ensuring all invoices and credit notes are recorded on the system
• Preparing monthly payment runs
• Managing all incoming purchase ledger queries
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Working closely with different departments to improve and streamline current processes
To apply for this role candidates must have experience within Accounts Payable and be able to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Excel is also important alongside an excellent work ethic.
