Lou joined Axon Moore's Yorkshire office in 2016, having previously started life in finance and quickly moving into recruitment. Over the years, Lou’s background in finance recruitment has stretched across all levels of the market over permanent, temporary and interim roles. Initially joining Axon Moore to focus on building the transactional and part-qualified market, Lou now manages a successful team across the region as well as focusing her own desk on senior qualified interims. Her mix of experience gives her exceptional knowledge of the whole marketplace; something that enables her to offer a truly consultative approach.
