Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting an outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a fast growing SME on a temporary basis, with the option of Hybrid working, at their offices based in Winsford. This role would suit a candidate immediately available.
Reporting to their friendly, supportive and talented Financial Controller, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Having your AAT would be advantageous, but not necessary
We use Sage 50, so experience of that that would be a bonus too!
Day to day tasks will include:
Creating and issuing invoices on our operational system, Syrinx
Manual checking of invoices prior to issue
Work with internal stakeholders to automate the invoicing process
Reviewing exceptions report, identifying for invoice anomalies
Internal and external invoice query resolution
Complete daily bank reconciliations
End to end management and processing of employee expense claims
Posting journals
Assisting with Management account duties
Supporting our management accountant with ad-hoc and analytical tasks
