Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a growing property management business, based in Tarporley. Here, you will take responsibility for the raising and issuing of all sales invoices & letters, daily banking, invoice processing, collecting monthly direct debits and addressing both client and customer queries whilst maintaining our Clients high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.

- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Ensuring customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Studying toward your AAT qualification or eager to do this
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in using Sage 50
- Work efficiently to agreed deadlines.
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload.
