Accounts Payable (3 Month FTC Temp to Perm)

Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an experienced accounts payable clerk, who is a team player whilst having the independence to work alone in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time temp position, which requires an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to assist with the matching, processing, and posting of invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting of each incoming invoices and tracking with due dates
• Ability to follow process & procedures
• Reporting daily to FC line manager
• Custodian of the expenses and control of the issues company credit cards
• Check and authorise travel bills / put up deviations for approvals to HOF / CEO
• Liaise with Sales on sales plan and thus funds expected in the system
• Circulate the due and overdue payable report to CEO, FC and Head of Finance
• Keep the accounts ledgers up to date with all reconciliations every month
• Have acquaintance to the complete banking system for operations
• Liaising with departmental colleagues

Essential:
- Previous experience working in a similar role with accounting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High levels of motivation, flexibility and the ability to work on own initiative with a drive for excellence and attention to detail.
