Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a well known beauty business based in South Manchester. Now is a great opportunity to join the company as they make plans to rapidly grow. The ideal candidate will have experience working within retail/e-commerce, although not essential if you have the right attitude!
You will be working alongside the Finance Director which will provide great exposure and experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a few years’ experience within a similar role or someone looking for a new challenge.

Main Duties:
- Liaising with Operations to ensure Stock in/out movement is correct before payments are authorised
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Ensure correct invoices are matched & queries raised with relevant departments
- Carrying out analysis on AP and cash balances
- Preparing and completing journals and investigating debit balances
- Assist with month end closing
- Assist with Bank reconciliations
- Point of contact to external and internal business partners for any supplier queries
- Excellent communication skills and confident dealing at all levels
- Driven individual with excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
