Main Duties:
- Set up and maintain supplier and subcontractor accounts
- Entering invoices onto sage, construct and preparing for payments
- Checking invoices and getting them authorised for payment
- Check and process all biometric profiles for payment
- General administration as required
- Review CIS deductions and complete the HMRC return
- The ability to work to strict deadlines
- Previous experience within a similar administration roles
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
