Our client based in Runcorn are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join their team to assist with the daily Credit Control Duties. This role is a full time role and ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years experience.

- Collecting overdue debt to deadlines on specified account range
- Posting daily cash and cheque receipts onto MCBA accounting system
- Reconciling accounts
- Taking credit card payments via PDQ terminal
- Dealing with daily customer queries over telephone and email
- Compiling ageing reports
- Writing and updating excel spreadsheets
- General department administration duties
- Preparing manual invoices & posting onto customer accounts
- Liaising with other departments
- Weekly income analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite useful, training will be given where necessary.
- Educated to GCSE level
