Role

We are looking for a Business Support & Executive Assistant to join our team based in our Manchester Head office. A high-profile role, you will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as well as the wider business, assisting with a wide variety of tasks ranging from supporting the SLT to administrative duties for the recruitment consultants.

 
This is an ideal role for an ambitious senior administrator or PA / EA who is wanting to take the next step in their career.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Support

Office Administration
  • Manage office vendors and service providers, including negotiation of contracts and agreements
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet and greet office visitors ensuring they have been signed in appropriately with building reception
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as record-keeping, data entry and maintaining office supplies, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Oversee maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring a comfortable and functional work environment
 

HR Admin Duties
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sending offer letters, contracts and performing required identification checks of new employees
  • Ensure new employees are onboarded appropriately with correct access rights
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
 

Temporary Worker Compliance
  • Create and send Client & Candidate contracts to the relevant contacts via Adobe Sign
  • Ensure the appropriate compliance documents are received from temporary contractors whilst monitoring and chasing outstanding documents
  • Filing of appropriate documents onto internal CRM system
  • Ensure contracts align with the latest guidance from The Recruitment and Employment Confederation
 

Executive Support
  • Working closely with the SLT to arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements as required
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and documents as required by the executives
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as and when required for the SLT

 

There will be other ongoing adhoc projects to become involved in supporting the wider business

 

Package
  • £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working (4 days per week office based)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Birthday
  • Discretionary annual bonus
