Axon Moore are delighted to be working exclusively with another North West, high growth, Private Equity backed business. Working within the healthcare sector they have rapidly grown over the last few years and have exciting future plans to continue that growth. A hugely successful and growing business, currently at c. £40m t/o £4.5m EBITDA, they are looking to appoint an experienced CFO to work as part of the senior leadership team, taking the business through its next stage in the growth journey.
The role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record of business partnering with a successful and driven CEO. Able to demonstrate a calm and considered approach you will be comfortable in both supporting and challenging commercial decision making where necessary, ensuring the financial outcomes are fully considered.
The business is currently under going a significant amount of change and digitalisation and a key part of the role will be working alongside the Transformation Director to ensure that key projects are delivered on time and effectively. A track record of having worked in a Private Equity backed business will be advantageous, a track record of driving growth is a must. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, a passion for adding value and “going the extra mile” as part of the senior leadership team whilst also retaining the ability to be hands on when necessary.
