With this Commercial Accountant opportunity being created due to business growth the successful candidate will be able to shape and mould the role and really make it their own.
The overall purpose of the post is to provide accurate, timely product costings and financial information to management. The required financial information will include work on margins for the commercial team and cost of operations for the factory and production management.
Here is an overview of what we're looking for:
5+ years' experience within a Commercial Accountant or similar role, preferably within the food industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven performance of adding value & driving efficiencies / cost savings
Self-disciplined and motivated with a can-do attitude
Ability to work collegiately with colleagues from different areas and disciplines within the same business
Strong knowledge and interest in IT developments to improve business generally and in regards to reporting efficiencies
