Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an immediately available credit controller.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ambition who wants to make their mark and help build a successful and efficient finance function during a period of substantial growth. The successful candidate will look to improve and automate processes and procedures and can lead those improvements, meet deadlines and drive accuracy and control.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for creating and issuing all customer invoices, working closely with the sales team to accurately process the sales invoices
• Regular debt chasing and maintaining strong debt collection processes to keep overdue debtors to a minimum.
• Weekly debtor report production, including detailed commentary on customer accounts outstanding.
• Weekly debtor review meeting with key stakeholders to highlight debtor issues
• Posting and reconciling cash receipts.
• Debtor statement generation and mail out.
• Detailed cash flow forecasting of cash receipts.
• Support the financial controller with month end tasks such as revenue reporting and month end journals.
• Work with the key stakeholders to improve and automate the processes.
