This is an exciting, newly created role, working for a forward thinking and ethical financial services company with offices based in Leeds City Centre. They require an experienced, driven and confident manager to join the business to drive forward change and innovation within the operational finance function.

The Job

You will report to the Finance Manager and CFO. You would and the team would be responsible for income, invoicing, debtors, statements and treasury management.

This varied and fast paced role will include the following duties:

• Credit control, statements and invoicing
• Management of the team
• Developing processes and credit policy
• Work cross-departmentally to manage debtors
• Income reconciliations and forecasting
• Banking and treasury governance and arrangements
• Seeking to improve the way we use our systems and processes
• Month end reporting
• Supporting the Finance Manager

The Person

• Experience of managing and developing a team
• Experience of credit control / accounts receivable and treasury / banking
• Great MS Excel and general IT skills
• A desire to improve processes, drive change and possess a positive attitude
