Credit Controller (3 Month FTC Temp to Perm)
Heywood
£25,000 - £30,000
Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an immediately available Credit Controller to work for a growing and established business in Heywood.
Sitting within the finance team you will be tasked with applying incoming payments against business’s sales ledger, debt chasing accounts, ensuring full audit reconciliations are done and delivering timely and accurate information to key stakeholders within the business.
This is a varied role in a fast-paced business, requiring strong reconciliation skills, sale’s ledger knowledge and overall credit control experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Timely collection of outstanding debt from customers
· Processing credit requests and updating records
· Processing new account applications
· Posting and allocating of cash, debit notes and discounts on the ledger and ensuring accounts are reconciled correctly
· Credit checking/releasing sales orders
· Assisting with sales month end procedures, including reporting on debtors, sales and returns.
· Balancing and keeping the invoice discounting reconciliations up to date
· General ad-hoc duties to assist the finance team and the wider business
