This role is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to be able to move into a different type of role. You would be responsible for dealing with complex queries, building relationships and utilising your communication skills to ensure that payments are made. This a role where your efforts will genuinely enrich the lives of their tenants and enable them to receive the support that they need.
Reporting into a supportive and engaging Credit Manager, you will have full ownership of your own ledger and you would be responsible for the following key duties:

Reporting into a supportive and engaging Credit Manager, you will have full ownership of your own ledger and you would be responsible for the following key duties:
- Resolving invoice queries both internally & externally in a timely manner; to ensure payments are received
- Developing key relationships to resolve queries
- Payment allocations & account reconciliations
- Preparing credit reports
- Ensuring that all of the correct information is record on file
- Have previous experience of debt management within a busy credit function
- Strong communication skills, you will need to be able to develop relationships, proactively chase debt and resolve queries.

- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to demonstrate successfully managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Have strong time management skills and will have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to implement strategic initiatives across credit and collections
