THE COMPANY:
Axon Moore are currently working on behalf of a leading services based business in their search to recruit a Credit Controller. This is a permanent position and is an exciting time to join a large, stable and secure business based within the Leeds City Centre area.
This is a newly created role that has emerged due to continuous business growth and expansion. The role will report directly into an extremely personable and approachable Manager and will be a varied and busy role.
The company are offering flexibility in terms of hybrid working and are looking to offer the potential to work two days from home after completion of a training period.
THE JOB:
• Credit control - chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Issuing statements and chasing payments, in accordance with company procedures
• Setting up direct debits
• Escalating problem accounts
• Offering first class customer service
• Raising and issuing invoices
• Reporting
THE PERSON:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in credit control
• Motivated, keen to develop and grow
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• First class communication skills
• Proactive
THE BENEFITS:

• Salary £24,000 to £28,000
• Up to 25 days flexible holiday scheme and holiday increasing 1 day every year
