Data Entry Clerkl Manchester - Hybrid l Part time role for 6 months l £11- £12 hour + bonus

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all relevant data is accurate for invoicing
- Ensure that data is up to date and properly organized, making updates and edits as needed
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies, and correct or flag them as necessary
- Maintain high standards of data quality and confidentiality
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to answer business questions
- Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
- Extracting and preparing data from various sources
- Creating reports and visualisations to highlight patterns and trends
- Presenting and communicating findings back to senior stakeholders
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch typing skills.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong academics, both GCSEs and A-Levels or equivalents
- Comfortable using a variety of BI tools to visualise insights and help you tell stories with data
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Ability to find anomalies or inconsistencies and pursue these through to a solution
- Ability to multi-task, be exceptionally well organised; strong level of accuracy; meet established deadlines and work under pressure with a proactive ethos
- Curious, and autonomous desire to understand the “why” behind trends & analysis to find opportunities
