Finance Assistant / £21,000 - £23,000 / Trafford Park / Hybrid working
Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a fast fashion business within Trafford Park. This business has a high calibre client and is looking to take on a new Finance Assistant due to growth in the company. This business has a friendly and down to earth office atmosphere but is also a fast paced environment. They are looking for somebody with a small amount of finance experience or an AAT studier to join the business.

Main Duties:
- Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements
- Ensure the accounts payable email inbox is monitored and managed
- Day-to-day tasks to maintain accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger system
- Financial and banking operations include Accounts Payable, Daily banking, and Ledger journal entries
- Assist with monthly and year end reconciliations
- Setting up new supplier accounting and updating existing supplier accounts in accordance with requirements
- Sales invoicing, compliance, and processing
- Reconciliation of purchase orders to inventory records
- General support to Finance Manager
- Minimum of one year’s experience in financial administration, preferably studying toward AAT
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and multitask
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
- High-level experience with Microsoft Excel
