Main Duties:
- Assist with the timely and accurate production of all management accounts and monthly reporting (local and group) to agreed formats and timetables, working with the regional Management and Assistant Management Accountants
- Preparing financial schedules and accruals analysis, analysing job margin to the central job management system.
- Analyse financial data to identify and resolve any issues and to explain any variances from budget/forecast, closely managing and reporting on costs.
- Entering monthly results into the HFM reporting system
- Budgeting and forecasting (including cashflow) & Control
- Support the annual budget and periodic forecast process
- Assist with the production and management of cash flow forecasts to share with the relevant stakeholders
- Reviewing country Balance Sheets, ensuring accounts are fully reconciled and explained and that any identified issues are highlighted for resolution
