Working alongside a supportive and engaging finance leader, the role will be varied and fast paced. Here is a little bit about what you will be involved with:

The Job:

  • Purchase ledger: inputting invoices, matching to purchase orders, obtaining authorisation where necessary, coding to the system, reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis, resolving any queries and batching ready for payment
  • Sales ledger: raising sales invoices on a monthly basis, allocating cash daily and chasing customers for any outstanding debts
  • Reconciling multiple bank statements daily (including foreign bank accounts)
  • Ability to work across multiple entities
  • Liaising and managing relationships with external stakeholders via phone and email
  • Preparing proposed payment runs and uploading payments onto the bank
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and management accountant with other ad hoc duties

  • Relevant experience within a finance role
