Finance Business Partner | Manchester | ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified | Property Management
Axon Moore are working alongside a high growth, well known property management business who, after a period of sustained growth are looking for a bring in a Finance Business Partner in a newly created position. This position has been created on the back of business growth to support client service deliver within the business.
This position is ideally suited for someone looking to move into a role that provides excellent exposure across the wider business, partnering alongside individuals in property management and finance, and more. If you have a CIMA or ACCA, come from a background of Management Accounts, coupled with key stakeholder management skills then please get in touch.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + bonus
Location: Manchester/ Hybrid
Main Duties:
• Support the Finance function in ensuring accurate and timely submission of service charge Management Accounts. You'll ensure our Clients are provided with accurate, relevant, timely and easily accessible information about their service charge accounts and budgets.
• Plan and coordinate finance procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Business Partner and provide financial support to the Property Management team and Budget holders to aid decision making.
• Assist in accurately delivering Client Reporting, budgets and forecasts throughout the year.
• Provide support in the onboarding of new Client.
• Responsible for key business controls to minimise risk of inaccurate financial information.
• Support the accurate reporting, interpretation, and analysis of service charge data. Including resolving technical matters with internal and external parties i.e. auditors.
• Support the Financial Controller as required including the running of financial routines through the bespoke property finance database
Person Specification:
• Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
• Experience working in Service Charge would be desirable (but not essential)
• Have a strong stakeholder relationship skillset when liaising with internal partners.
• Advanced Excel skill set.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
