Finance Business Partner | Bury | £45,000 - £50,000 | High growth SME
A highly successful SME looking to double turnover in the next 5 years are seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will play a key role in adding value and insight to Operational Directors across the wider organisatioin and provide meaningful analysis where required.

Reporting into the Finance Director, you will play a key role in adding value and insight to Operational Directors across the wider organisatioin and provide meaningful analysis where required.
Duties include:
- Daily sales, service and order reporting using existing reporting tools
- Manage both the retail and e-commerce recording, reporting and analysis
- Production of the monthly management accounts for the commercial division of the business.
- Full responsibility for the P&L from sales through to gross margin, including management of support cost accruals.
- Full responsibility for the marketing spend with the business.
- Ensure that new products are commercially viable.
- Business partner with marketing to identify and develop marketing opportunities which will drive the business forward
- Responsibility for annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts as required by the business.
- A key business partner to the Commercial Director you will work hand in hand with them to deliver key, data – driven insight and work with the Finance Director to ensure key projects are delivered, as required by the wider business
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
- Prior experience working in a fast paced environment with key focus on commercial profitability
- Power BI experience would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to demonstrate insightful commentary to align with numbers
