Axon Moore are pleased to partner an exciting role with a world class team as they look to add additional support to the business partnering team. This role will work take ownership of the new costing system project, work with a variety of stakeholders, develop and use financial models & analysis to support strategic initiatives
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with a proven commercial background focused on analytical information. Strong business partnering skills to work across a variety of different stakeholders, strong knowledge of working on complex data streams from multiple source

This role does offer flexible working but does require someone in the office initially.
- Support the Management team and Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
- Assessing trends in manufacturing performance and preparing margin information in a variety of different ways.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Working closely with the Operations Team to develop activity based costings and trending to identify areas for improvement.
- Working with cross functional teams to identify areas of focus for improving business performance by analysing the trends of Key Performance Indicators relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
- A key driver in the structuring of the overall MI suite, for delivering the business requirements on an automated basis.
- Implementation of a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast.
- Leading the project of automating reporting, blueprinting business requirements and working with central BI experts within our IT teams
