- Finance business partnering across multiple sites and profit centres
- Implementation and improvements of controls across the group
- Regular review of results; provide support and challenge regional operational leads
- Identify KPIs and improve reporting and visibility across sites
- Ownership of the budget processes and introduce a standardised budget model that can be applied group wide
- Interrogate site by site financials with a view to introducing a standard operating model where necessary
- Improve reporting packs that are distributed to regional leads
- Support M&A activity
