Finance Business Partner | £50,000 - £55,000 plus Benefits | Lancaster (close to M6) + Hybrid | High Growth Multi-Site Business | Must be ACCA/CIMA/ACA 2 Years PQE
Axon Moore has partnered with an exciting business near Lancaster to help expand their finance team. Due to impressive growth, they need to hire a Finance Business Partner that can focus on adding value across the business.
The business is growing quickly both organically and through acquisition. Working with a talented CFO and senior management team, this new Finance Business Partner will be responsible for budgeting, reporting and value creation at a local level across their portfolio of local sites.
Candidates must be ambitious and be able to demonstrate their capacity for learning. This role involves succession planning and they will grow with the business as they expand the team and will likely progress to become a Head of Commercial Finance or something similar.
