Axon Moore are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on behalf of an exciting and growing business near Burnley. This is a fantastic role which will hold a high degree of autonomy to manage the commercial and operational performance of across several divisions, and ultimately increasing profitability. Candidates ideally will be newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities include:
- Reporting financial performance of key strategic customers including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
- Revenue and profitability reports
- In depth understanding of customer P&L’s and cashflow to ensure alignment to the contract.
- Understand and report the position on SLA performance and any risks of penalties.
- Working with the wider finance team to report, analyse and continually improve customer profitability reporting.
- Working with commercial and product teams to understand and interpret commercial deals, outlining opportunities and risk.
- Assist in the production of divisional budgets and forecasts.
- Driving cost control.
- Producing data for board pack input.
- Business partnering across operational and commercial teams
- Ad hoc strategic projects and potential acquisitions.
