Finance Director
Lancashire- Hybrid Working
£100k - £120k + Attractive Bonus & Benefits
Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a leading PE-Backed Services business as they embark on the next phase of expansion organically and via M&A activity.
As a result, they are now seeking an exceptional Finance Director to work closely with the CFO and the PE partners, where you will drive financial performance and growth by providing financial guidance and leadership to the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Vision: Drive the implementation of forward-thinking business plans. Overseeing reward and incentive schemes to drive growth.
• Financial Expertise: Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Maintaining financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
• Financial Insights: Providing insights and analysis to provide key decisions support.
• Relationship Management: With external stakeholders, including auditors, customers, suppliers and advisors.
You will need:
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance position.
• Experience in managing the finance function of a fast-paced, growing company Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Data analysis skills and the ability to review and analyse metrics to drive decision-making.
