Job Overview:
Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a highly successful sustainable solutions business who are experiencing exponential growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for a pro-active, hardworking individual to gain in-depth knowledge of the wider finance function. As a Finance Graduate, you will be exposed to a broad spectrum of finance, with the opportunity to cover all areas of central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax and corporate finance and commercial teams, whilst working towards becoming a qualified accountant.Throughout the programme, you’ll have access to a series of learning opportunities that will help to propel your career further, faster. The programme will consist of a series of courses that have been designed to give you access to the knowledge, skills, and behaviours for success. Each course will include a number of workshops and engagement initiatives. Our programme is designed to accelerate your career by giving you the skills, and confidence, required to challenge the status quo in every arena. You will also have the exciting opportunity to travel, and work, in a country overseas, including Spain, France and the US.
Salary: £29,000

Person Specification:
• Top level graduate, looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2022
• Graduating from a degree in Accountancy and Finance, Physics, Maths, Economics or a numerical-based degree
• Ideally have a year in industry experience in a relevant finance-based role
• Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
• Must be highly numerate with experience working in excel
• Strong analytical skills and a real passion for improving performance
