Finance Manager

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and high growth PE backed business in Bolton to recruit a newly qualified Finance Manager.

This is a coveted position that will springboard the successful candidates career within 12- 18 months, giving them ample variety and full responsibility for two divisions within the group as well gaining excellent exposure to a high calibre finance team and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of all accounting, reporting, VAT and payroll for two divisions within the group
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Management of three team members, with ongoing mentorship and development
• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensuring the business maintain a strong financial control environment
• Lead preparation of the Quarterly Board Packs for Board reporting
• Business partnering with subsidiary MDs
• Provide ad hoc support to senior stakeholders
• Ad hoc project work as the business continues to grow via acquisition

The role will suit an individual who is pro-active, enthusiastic and able to manage and prioritise workloads.
