Finance Manager | Bolton + Hybrid | ACA/ACCA | £60,000-£70,000 plus Car & Incredible Benefits
Axon Moore are partnering with a well-established yet rapidly growing Retail Services Organisation in the Bolton area who are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team.
This is a new position due to an internal promotion and continued growth of the business. As the company has seen significant growth over the last five years, and this role is to further strengthen the finance function in line with its growth plans for the next 5 years.
You will be responsible for producing and developing internal controls, financial reports and working with key stakeholders whilst managing and developing a successful finance team. You will also be working closely with the CFO and CEO of the business on a strategic level making this a highly visible and progressive opportunity.
The role will include but will not be limited to:
• Managing and mentoring a team of six
• Preparing monthly managements accounts and reporting pack
• Implementing, developing and monitoring the Company’s Internal Controls (SOPs) and ensuring these contribute towards the financial accuracy of reports and revenue recognition.
• Managing financial and non financial compliance.
• Quarterly accounts to Group under UK GAAP and IFRS including reporting for right of use assets and goodwill.
• Managing Group Auditors on a Quarterly basis
• Overall responsibility for balance sheet control accounts and reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Register
• Statutory Accounts and Audit
• Corporation Tax Reporting and liaison with auditors.
• Pension Fund Reporting re Company results
• Development of cash flow forecasting
