- Forecast performance and monitor costs to ensure the company stays on budget.
- Provide insightful board reporting, explaining variances and suggesting corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with operations to understand operational challenges and their financial impact.
- A Management Accountant or Finance Manager with 2+ years of experience, ideally in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Someone ready to take on a comprehensive role involving cost control, board reporting, and strategic financial oversight.
- A professional seeking career progression, with potential to move into director-level roles.
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, part-qualified, or QBE candidates welcome.
