Finance Manager | £50,000 - £55,000 | Blackburn + Hybrid | High Growth SME | Reporting into a CFO | Progression to Financial Controller
Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with an excellent business in Blackburn as they continue to expand their operations. This business has seen significant growth in recent years and have attracted a best in class finance team under an established CFO.
This role will be well suited to an ambitious Manager from practice (ACA / ACCA), or a strong recently qualified accountant within industry (CIMA / ACCA) who has management experience.
This new Finance Manager will be mentored and developed by a handful of board level executives including the CFO and FD, and will have day to day support from a local Head of Finance.
This will be a brilliant expanding role allowing the candidate to grow their breadth of expertise whilst also growing into their new FC position within a couple of years.
This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a candidate looking to invest in their early post-qualified career and get on a career path towards FD.
