Finance Manager (12 Month FTC – MAT Cover)
Oldham
£40,000 - £45,000
Axon Moore have an urgent requirement for an experienced QBE, Qualified or Part Qualified Finance Manager to join a fast paced and growing manufacturing business based in Oldham.
This role is to work with the Managing Director & Senior Leadership team to provide accurate & timely financial information and insight to enable achievement of the sites short & long-term goals.
The role will comply with the financial policies, procedures & reporting methodology to support the company’s strategic direction.
Key responsibilities:
o Form a close working relationship with the site Operations Manager and other senior leaders at site
o Provide effective and insightful reporting to management and key stakeholders, providing commentary to support future business decisions.
o Provide data driven reporting, through the management team on site for all spend and activity
o Management of the Finance and Admin Team.
o Finance gatekeeper and ensuring all approvals are gained and documented where necessary and in line with processes and procedures
o Ensure regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
o Responsibility for the site cash management
o Support the site to improve results, manage working capital and increase cash.
o Highlight upcoming and future financial risk to Managing Director and support the site senior management team to mitigate such risks
o Effectively report and monitor the Key Performance Indicators to measure business performance.
