Finance Manager| £50,000 - £60,000 | Bolton | Exciting E-commerce Retailer
Axon Moore are really excited to be partnering with a well-established and well-known PLC based in the Lancashire area who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to their ever-growing finance team.
This is an excellent position where you will be a key decision maker and required to develop strong financial and business relationships across the group.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Control, Reporting, Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring strong financial control over key processes in a growing business.
• Introduction of KPI reporting on month-end and balance sheet metrics.
• Production of annual statutory accounts and provision of relevant information / explanations for the auditors
• Liaising with the Commercial department to pull together weekly P&L forecasts and rolling monthly forecasts.
• Analysing variances between the weekly forecast and actual numbers at month end.
• Provision of key reports to the management of the business
• Production of annual budgets and forecasts
• Cashflow forecasts and cash variance analysis with detailed explanations
• Lead, develop and motivate a finance team
This is an excellent highly visible opportunity where you can really make a difference, challenge the status quo and make a considerable impact on an ever-growing company.
You will ideally hold strong financial modelling skills and have experience dealing with large data sets. This role will suit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified candidate with 2 years PQE.
