Axon Moore are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a growing business, based in Tarporley to assist with their reporting requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Management Accountant with the desire to further their own development, whilst being part of the continued growth of an ambitious and successful business.

This role will see you taking responsibility for month end reporting and KPI production along with overseeing the day-to-day transactions within the finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for producing the month end pack along with regional KPI information and ensuring all deadlines are met whilst maintaining  high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.

The Finance Manager will support our clients brand & reputation, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team and the role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Completing routine processes such as raising Journals in line with business schedules
  • Full Production of Month End Board Pack
  • Production of KPI’s and analysis
  • Ensuring customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.
Key Skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Previous Experience of using MRI Qube is preferred but not essential
  • Work efficiently under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload.
