The Finance Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team.

- Full P&L ownership and responsibility for one of the flagship divisions within the group
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, involving making accurate assumptions, challenging the business and reporting on key business drivers
- Running the full weekly and monthly reporting cycle
- Management and reporting of all costs and fixed overheads
- Management of all aspects of cash control and forecasting
- Leadership of a finance team tasked with supporting the business and reporting on key activities
- Qualified Finance Professional with a strong commercial / operational finance background
- Manufacturing sector experience is essential, ideally within the food / FMCG sector
- Experience in a senior role managing other finance professionals
