Job Overview:
Axon Moore are currently working alongside an exceptional, high performing retailer who are looking to bring on a Financial Accountant due to an internal promotion. Due to this positive development, we are looking for a Qualified Accountant with a broad background in Management Accounts and Financial Accounts, including exposure to tax requirements.
You will be joining a well-established team, focusing on taking ownership of one of the flagship brands. This is a well-rounded role that will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden out your skillset, whilst working in an excellent environment.
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Benefits: 10% bonus, hybrid working

Main Duties:
- Responsible for the month end process of one brand.
- Management of company tax compliance, liaising with external advisors.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of VAT returns.
- Aid in gathering information for external audit.
- Internal audit assessment review and report.
- Monthly KPI reporting based in sales.
- General project analysis to meet business needs and strategy.
- Support the Finance and Operations function where required on adhoc projects.
- Tax analysis and preparation of calculations for NI.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CTA)
- Have a strong stakeholder relationship skillset when liaising with clients.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
