Financial Accountant

Axon Moore are partnering with an exciting business near Wigan to recruit a newly qualified Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an industry leading and growing business that is currently going through progressive and positive change.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with external audit process and producing statutory accounts
• Full accountability for reporting and accuracy of the balance sheet
• Production of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Overseeing the financial controls environment
• Managing compliance within the financial reporting and taxation departments
• Identifying improvements and facilitating change
• Business partnering across the wider finance team, and senior stakeholders
• Ad hoc project work

This is an excellent varied opportunity for a first time mover to step into a high level role within an established business, with the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own.
