Finance Manager | Central Manchester with Hybrid Working | Construction

Salary: Up to £55,000

Location: Central Manchester
- Produce month end P&L and balance sheet including completion of all balance sheet recs, review of fixed asset register, overhead reporting and oversee closure of ledgers.
- Responsible for VAT, corporation tax returns and any communication with HMRC.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the monthly reforecasting associated with the 5-year business plan.
- Review and analysis of actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Produce the monthly board pack for review by the FC and presented to the CFO and CEO.
- Produce the end of year pack to auditors under FRS 102 and oversee the annual accounts.
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified.
- Experience working in Construction is preferred, but not essential.
- Career focused with an ambitious mindset.
- A high attention to detail and high standards.
- Clear communication skills, managing different relationships across the business.
