The role will suit an enthusiastic ACA/ACCA individual, preferably from an audit background, who wishes to step into a varied and progressive role within industry, with the opportunity to drive change and make the role their own.

Responsibilities include:
- Production of monthly management accounts and group consolidation
- Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
- Production of monthly forecasts and annual detailed budgets
- Overhead variance analysis and forecasting analysis on group and intercompany stock levels
- Sales, gross margin and discount analysis and commentary
- Develop group reporting dashboards using PowerBI
- KPI reporting
- ONS reporting and other ad hoc financial reports
- Environmental reporting for Group, WEEE and packaging
- Management of foreign currencies including hedges
- VAT Returns, tax reporting and tax calculations (Patent box, R&D expenditure credit)
- Support the CFO with the implementation of a new ERP system
- Support the Financial Controller on ad hoc projects such as new business models and potential acquisitions
