Financial Accountant l Global Manufacturer l £50k-£60k l Doncaster (Hybrid Working)

In this role you would report directly in to the Group FC and you would be actively supported and encouraged to embark on projects and get involved in all areas. With the size and scope of the organisation there will be on-going opportunities, variety and challenges throughout your time with the business. Primarily however you'd be responsible for preparing the statutory financial statements; ensuring compliance; financial analysis & reporting on all areas of the business; driving improvements in financial performance and business practice.

Main Duties
- Prepare time sensitive financial statements for the business and its subsidiaries including more complex, technical accounting,
- Efficiently produce accurate financial reports for external stakeholders including a variety of auditors,
- Oversee and ensure compliance for the finance function
- Provide expert and technical support and advice for all colleagues across finance
- Key involvement in financial projects as required;
- Mentor and coach other member of the team to perform and deliver high financial and accounting standards
- Use accounting and systems knowledge to assist and guide others internal and external to finance
