Financial Controller | £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus | Lytham | High Growth SME | Excellent FD Mentor
Axon Moore is partnering with an exciting SME and their Finance Director in Lytham to find a strong Financial Controller who can lead their finance function forwards.
Due to recent growth and a restructure, the Finance Director of this business is ready to appoint a strong right hand person in a newly created role. The role should bolster the offering of the existing finance team and create more capacity to focus on adding value beyond the month end reporting. There is a lot of scope to push and develop this role over time and it’ll be an excellent long term position.
This a complex SME so will suit a strong technical accountant familiar with leading finance teams, running complex month end closures, consolidating subsidiary accounts, and developing reporting to a high standard.
This role will work closely with senior non-finance stakeholders as well as being responsible for developing external relationships with different professional services. The new Financial Controller will need to be confident and capable of leading and showing initiative. This is a brilliant opportunity for a forward-thinking and pro-active candidate.
Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified and be comfortable working full time near Lytham.
