With this exciting growth, we are looking to bring a Financial Controller onboard who will support the development of the finance function, partnering directly with a commercial counterpart to create a best-in-class finance function.

Salary: £55,000-£60,000

Location: Manchester
Main Duties:
- Lead the finance team (3 people).
- Main point of contact for the external accountants.
- Meeting the audit requirements.
- Month end management accounts pack.
- Cash flow forecasting.
- Intra-company charging.
- Integrated cash flow/ P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Review existing procedures and strength the month end process, including cost recognition process.
- Working with the technology team to strengthen and automate processes and data integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve flash P&L projections and overhead forecasting.
- Financial control and process.
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified.
- Able to support the business function and senior management team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and none finance individuals.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
