I am now exclusively recruiting for a brand new Finance Business Partner role working for a international market leading business, who have fantastic modern offices based near Skipton!
The site is easily accessible from North Leeds, North Bradford and Harrogate as well as Burnley, Colne and Clitheroe - but the company offers hybrid working.
The role will join an established finance team, and report directly to the Head of Finance taking responsibility for business partnering, providing insightful commentary to be presented at board level, and identifying cost savings/business opportunity.
***The role would be ideally suited to an ambitious part or fully qualified accountant who enjoys the commercial side of finance and is looking to build their commercial finance experience in their next role!***

Key duties of the role will include:
- Undertaking business partnering across the whole business to understand and process the key input assumptions behind the forecast models
- Provide insightful commentary of the quarterly forecasting and budgeting process to be presented at board level by the CFO
- Provide regular and ad-hoc business analysis on sales and profitability
- Identify and help deliver on business value creation, cost saving, and process efficiency opportunities by adopting a continuous improvement mindset
- Support the efficient completion of an annual external audit
- Be part of fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA - Essential
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a commercial finance role, working to strict deadlines - Essential
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex and technical concepts to non-finance stakeholders - Essential
- Have experience of working with ERP and management reporting systems - Essential
