FP&A Manager

Axon Moore are delighted to be working on this FP&A Manager opportunity for a fantastic, well-known, hugely successful international business.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will play a key role in analysing the business' current & historic performance. Utilising this data the FP&A Manager will more importantly be responsible for future forecasting and shaping business decisions with senior stakeholders from across the business.

Other aspects of the role will include:

• Maintaining and analysing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual results.
• Finance Business Partnering with non-finance managers
• On-going development of the business' KPIs.
• Creating financial models for the SLT better understand the financial impact of certain strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Corporate consolidation, planning, reporting and insight analysis.

We are looking for an individual with fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data succinctly and effectively whilst they must, above all else have a strong analytical focus – an obsession with the numbers and the detail; someone who quickly identifies anomalies, areas for improvement and trends to capitalise on.

We're keen to hear from:

• Qualified Accountants (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Preferably with a FMCG/Retail/Big 4 background
• Analytical mind-set
• High-level user of Excel and preferably Navision and / or Power BI skills
• Excellent communicators and relationship builders
