Job Overview:
Axon Moore are currently working on behalf of a high growth, acquisitive business based in central Manchester who are looking to bring on board a Business Analyst into a broad, highly visible role to support the Group Leadership team. The incumbent will play a critical role in defining and enabling business change through the analysis and dissemination of commercial analysis.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Main Duties:
- Proactive analysis on performance of Business Units across Europe.
- Build business case for new commercial opportunities, including the assessment on profit and loss.
- Produce High quality presentation of results and findings.
- KPI setting, analysis and re-evaluating.
- Analyse external trends and market conditions to assist in evaluating strategic initiatives.
- Project support on key revenue streams and acquisitions.
- Prepare Scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Challenging areas of the business to create efficiencies.
- Budget and strategy process assistance.
- Ad-hoc duties.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Advanced Excel skillset with financial modelling skills.
- Excel fluent plus Hyperion, Power BI, Crystal Ball desired but not essential.
- Excellent written and presentation skills – ability to present large amounts of data/complex information in a clear and simple manner.
- Good listening skills and ability to challenge.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively, define problems and identify solutions to resolve them in business and analytical settings
- Ability to think through problems and quickly develop solutions – long-term approach to problem-solving
