Group Credit Controller / Competitive Salary / Old Trafford / Free Parking
Axon Moore are working with a UK based Supplier of domestic appliances. The company consists of smaller groups with an annual turnover of £37 million. The individual within this role will work within a varied credit control role, and be responsible for the credit control and dent collections across the group of companies. The correct candidate will have a few years of experience in Credit Control/Sales ledger function and have a strong work ethic and want to develop themselves further.

Main Duties:
- Responsible for the sales ledgers for all companies within the expanding group
- Ensure timely collection of cash owed
- Daily posting of sales invoices using Sage
- Sending invoices to customers via email
- Sending regular customer statements
- Accurate allocation of a large volume of receipts from various payment platforms
- Answer day to day sales ledger customer queries i.e. confirming payment receipts, sending copy invoices etc.
- Weekly aged debt reporting into Management Accountant for cashflow purposes
Person Specification:
- Experience of a similar varied credit control role covering multiple aspects
- Knowledge of Sage 50 an advantage, but not essential
- Knowledge of Excel, advanced knowledge an advantage eg VBA, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, VLOOKUP
- Diligence to ensure work is completed to the highest standard; accurately and efficiently
- Resourceful in problem solving and seeking guidance to resolve such problems
- Ability to prioritise workload based on deadlines and importance
- Part qualified – we are happy to assist with studies
