Group FC | Liverpool/Hybrid (x2 days in office) | £65,000-75,000 + Bonus | High-Growth, Acquisitive Group
Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth professional services business in their search for a Group Financial Controller to support the growth of the business.
The International Group currently consists of five limited companies, with continued growth both organically and by acquisition, and plans to do some sort of fund raise in the near future.
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, commercially-minded Group FC to put the Group finance function in place, which will be based out of Liverpool. This role will report to a high-calibre Group FD, and the chosen candidate will be the "Go To" finance person across the Group. Their responsibilities will entail managing a small team whilst also "facing outwards" to the Business, meaning excellent interpersonal skills are essential. There will be several projects to get involved in - the first of which will surround managing the roll-out of the system across the Group.

Responsibilities will also include:
- Group Finance Controller To be the hub of finance and the 'go to' person across the group.
- Ensure UK compliance System ownership and improvement for the group
- Run the budget process for UK and the consolidation
- Run Management accounts process for UK and the consolidation
- Run P&L and Cashflow forecasts for the UK and the consolidation
- Run the project team for finance integrations for UK
- Business Partner the whole group
- Produce MI and reporting to a high standard.
- To be continually looking at way to improve processes and business performance
- Run FC forum to share ideas, improve processes and enhance business performance
