Axon Moore are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a well-established Services business based in South Lancashire.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be heavily involved in the day-to-day financial operations as well as managing a strong and driven finance team. You will take ownership of the policies, procedures and processes of the finance function to ensure an effective control environment; providing key strategic information to the leadership to inform decision-making and drive business performance. You will also ensure strong accounting and reporting are in place throughout the group.
The group is in an exciting phase of growth and expansion and the Group Financial Controller will be pivotal in leading the finance function alongside the Group FD as the business continues to expand.
The successful Financial Controller will have the opportunity to get involved in various projects across the group, planned for 2023, such as supporting with the implementation or a new ERP system.
- Salary: Circa £60,000-£70,000 plus Bens
You will be suitably Qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA and have relevant experience within Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering to be considered.
